The NEW OTHER OTHER WORLD RESIDENCY PROGRAM IS ACCEPTING APPLICATION NO APPLICATION DEADLINE (Applications will be reviewed on the 1st of every month) The New Other Other World encourages non object oriented multi-disciplinary projects that use history as an active medium. The residency program N.O.O.W. is granting an approx. 8 residency fellowships of 2 weeks duration for the time period of July 2008- July 2009. EACH APPLICANT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN OUTLINE OF (A) PROPOSED PROJECT/S THAT EXPLORES THE MISSION OF N.O.O.W. There are no restrictions on who can apply, there are no education requirements. Each residency participant will receive up to $400 or a return ticket from anywhere within the continental USA. Each resident will have a opportunity to show thier work at Bay Area 51, a for profit gallery. N.O.O.W. invites anybody to apply to its non-discipline oriented program. Applicants are encouraged to apply with multi disciplinary projects that seek to be attractors , transmitters, and conductors of action that visual artwork in the traditional sense is not able to articulate.
